3.2 Hygiene Considerations

Due to hygiene reasons, synthetic sleeping bags cannot be returned unless faulty. All other equipment is returnable within 15 days if unused and in original condition.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items if:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unused and free from damage
  • In original packaging
